Better Deeds than Words (Words #2)
by Georgina Guthrie

Aubrey and Daniel’s vow to pursue their dangerous romance despite university regulations takes them down a path of secrecy and lies. With only six weeks left to the end of term, they’re under the constant watch of David Grant—Daniel’s “Dean of Students” father. If that weren’t enough to pressure them, Daniel’s checkered past also casts a shadow over the young lovers who continuously tempt fate until one wrong move leads to an inevitable disaster. Can they salvage a relationship when everything seems to be conspiring against them?

"Now what’s that smile about?" Daniel asked, standing behind me and wrapping his arms around me.
"I was just thinking about how much I love your forearms."
"You do?"
"Uh huh. They're very furry."
He chuckled. "No one's ever told me that before. Why am I picturing cavemen?"
I smiled and turned around. He leaned against me, pushing my lower back into the counter.
"I happen to find it very masculine," I assured him, swirling my fingers in the hairs peeping out of the top of his T-shirt. "I like this too, though," I murmured, dropping soft kisses along the expanse of smooth skin between the stubble on his throat and his chest hairs.
"So do I," he said, claiming my lips and kissing me deeply, his tongue working its magic as it moved against mine, turning me into a puddle of goo.
I tried to talk between kisses. "We probably shouldn't do this right now—"
"Aubrey, Patty’s snoring. It's nice not to be outside or in my car, don't you think? Throw me a bone." He kissed me again, moaning quietly against my lips.
"I'll give you a bone, all right,” I teased.
“Too late. I think you already did,” he said, smirking as he took in my superior smile.
“Not exactly a newsflash.”
“What, and you’re completely unaffected?”
“Did I say that?”
He cocked an eyebrow. “Typical country weather down south?”
I moved in close to his ear. “Typical English country weather.”

Better Deeds Than Words was a teacher student book, and I have to tell y'all this type of story is for some reason my absolute favorite type!  I would give this book a 5 star!  This isn't a standalone it is the second book in the Words series.
I will be telling all my book friends about this series not doubt about it!  It is told in dual POV's of Aubrey and Daniel.

Just as Daniel and Aubrey decide to take there relationship to the next level, although not the highest level, they find them selves developing stronger feelings then either one of them expected.  Although its only a couple month's until Aubrey graduates they have to stick to the simple petting and kissing.. Aubrey won't let it go any further.  But what happens when someone finds out about there secret? And Aubrey finds out about a secret of Daniels as well?  Will there worlds come crumbling down?  Will they ever make it with there relationship?  Or will the student teacher relationship prove too much to handle?  Will people get in there way of there happily ever after?

Well, it's official.  There simply can't be any more ways to tell you that I love you.  And since I've run out of words, I'll borrow some from beloved William:  'true love...cannot speak; for truth hath better deeds than words to grace it.'

Better deeds than words... I can think of some deeds that would be quite appropriate, can't you?  In fact, to hell with words.  I'd be find with us not talking at all this weekend!

You will find in this book that the banter between Aubrey and Daniel will make you laugh out loud and there chemistry may just make your panties melt in a puddle.  Well maybe Daniel's sexiness will do that all on his own!  I am a huge fan now of Georgina and I look forward to soooo much more from her... Please don't stop here we need more of this wonderful couple and the ending its not a cliffy by any means but it does sort of leave it open for more and I surely hope she takes this ride even farther!
Go get it now Sassy Diva Fans!

If you have not read the first book in the series... get on it!

Aubrey Price is in the final months of her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. Bright, witty, and fiercely independent, Aubrey works part-time for the college dean and has her sights set on graduating with distinction. When she meets Dean Grant's son, Daniel, the TA in her senior Shakespearean studies course, a shared love of the Bard's works and an instant mutual attraction draw Aubrey and Daniel together.

Unfortunately, a strict anti-fraternizing policy--made more perilous by a black mark on Daniel's record--keeps them apart. Against this academic backdrop, Aubrey and Daniel navigate their way through a steamy courtship, their forbidden romance aided, abetted, and sometimes thwarted by a colorful cast of friends, family, and classmates.

Georgina Guthrie is a self-professed book hugger and compulsive diarist. Though GG now resides in Canada, she was born across the pond and still considers herself a Brit through and through, which may explain her frequent visits to her favourite local British import shop.

GG is often happiest when reading and writing, but she’s just as likely to be found hanging out with friends and family, almost certainly with a glass of red wine in one hand a bag of cheese and onion crisps in the other.
