"You know, since we're on the subject," I began, raising my eyebrows at her, "do you maybe want to invite me in?"
She shook her head at me as she chuckled a bit. "Do you ever think of anything else besides sex?" She started walking to her door and I followed her.
"No, not really," I said, shrugging my shoulders. "It doesn't help that I've done nothing but think about you for the past two weeks." She grinned timidly over her shoulder at me as she unlocked the door. Leaning forward I swiped the hair off of the back of her neck as I softly said the next part in her ear, "Your sexy body, the way you cried out my name, and the look on your face when you came all over me, is all I've been able to see." Her face flushed with color. "You've got my balls cussin', firecracker, and there is only one thing that is going to make them stop."
Spinning her around swiftly, I pressed my mouth to hers, kissing her hard. She moaned into my mouth and I lost it. That sound shot straight to my dick, making it rise with complete attention. We needed to get inside before I took her right here on the front porch. Reaching behind her, I found the door knob and opened it. I picked her up, walked inside, and kicked the door shut behind us.
As badly as I wanted to make it to the bedroom, it wasn't going to happen. She was pulling at my clothes, unbuttoning my shirt, and kicking her shoes off while she was still in my arms. Laying her down on the couch I climbed over her. Moving down my shirt, she continued her assault on the buttons—one by one, her fingers brushed against my skin, leaving a wake of warmth in their path.
Once she had it open, she pushed it over my shoulders and slid her hands over my chest as she made her way to my pants. Her touch was impulsive and desperate, like she craved me as much as I did her. I grabbed her wrists and pinned them above her head. Burying my face in her neck, I kissed and nibbled on her earlobe and she let out an inviting giggle. I continued down her throat and goose bumps broke out all over her skin.
Thrusting her hips upward, she tried to make contact but I denied her and pulled back. She whined a little and I couldn't help but laugh—I loved making her squirm. And tonight, she was going to squirm until she begged me to fuck her.

Always Yours was a great story. I would give this book a 4 star! This was Cam and Cara's story. This is the second book in the Always series. The first book was Promise Me Always which was Blake and Tessa's story. This book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the first book because Cara and Cam are part of that story as well, and you soooo need to meet Blake cause he is smoking hot too! I was so excited to finally get Cam and Cara's story! I love that this story wasn't a straight forward I love you and then a happily ever after.. it was a roller coaster ride and will keep you flipping pages like they are on fire.
Cara has had all of the men she has loved up and leave her when she needed them the most, so she has learned to shelter her heart and never let love enter again. Cara is known to just have one night stands and nothing more, she knew if she ever let someone in again they would just up and leave her like they always did. When she met a sexy fire fighter Cam he will turn her world upside down with the passion that ignites when he is around. She finds herself falling for him quickly so fear will set in and she pushes him away...
Cam has always been taken advantage of by woman because of who is father is and what his father can do for his girlfriends. Cam finds himself never being able to trust that a woman is truly there for him but he did once trust a woman and she left his heart in pieces. When he enters the fire academy he finally feels his life is taking a turn for the better, and on his graduation night from the academy he and his other class mates go out to celebrate... that is when Cam meets Cara and he can't stay away there is a pull so strong he can resist...
Maybe Cara was going to be my cure---the one girl that would help me move on and get over my past. God only knew how many times I've tried this same thing with different woman and failed. There was something rare about Cara though; she was fiesty, and it turned me on in ways no woman ever had before. When I kissed here last night nothing else mattered. Not my past, not Amber, nothing. The only thing that I could see was Cara-- she was right in front of me and crystal clear.-- CAM
But he finds that Cara isn't easily swayed and that he has to work to get her to go out with him... but when he realizes that maybe he isn't ready for a relationship he has doubts...but when Cara is the one to push away he will fall back into the arms of his ex that broke his heart.
Can these 2 finally realize that they were always meant to be? Or will both of there doubts and there pasts obscure what they could have?
You have to pick up this book..actually the whole series ASAP! You will not regret it one bit! I can't wait for Matt and Lexi's story coming in 2015 Love Always. Thanks Kari March I look forward to much more in the near future!
Cara and Cam. Both having suffered heartache after heartache one had to wonder
when their life would ever go right and when that happiness was going to grace
them.
Cara had a life of disappointments. First her dad left her at a very young age
to live with his mistress and his new family. Then she got pregnant in her
senior year of high school and the father didn't want any part of it so he left
too. So she builds walls around herself and I can't say I don't blame her. The
flashbacks that she has in this book are heart-wrenching, wow. I couldn't
imagine.
Cam had his heart broken as well by Amber and many other girls he has dated.
They all wanted him for his father's business to further themselves versus being
with him as the person he is. He wants to move on but can't seem to get over her
or stop thinking about her.
When they meet at Maggie's Place they have an instant attraction. They are both
fearful of relationship commitments because of their pasts. They try to fight
it, but give in and try a new approach of friends with benefits, but keeping to
just them and not sleeping with others. They finally start to get closer and let
their barriers up when someone from their past comes back.

I think I actually enjoyed Always Yours much more than Promise Me Always! I was able to relate to these characters on a deeper level. So much heartache I just couldn't stop reading!

What happened to "Bro's before Ho's?"
It was very easy for me to relate to both characters. At times, I did get
frustrated with Blake "not being good enough". I kept getting the urge to yell at him
through my kindle and tell him to grow a pair! Let her decide if you are good
enough or not. Let go of the responsibility of heartbreak and
just.Let.It..Happen. Maybe you can have love and not break either of your
hearts?
